How It Works
- Select A Program And Vehicle: choose the best vehicle and program from the options below. Click on "Program Details" to learn more about the specific discounts, delivery options, and other important information.
- Complete A Purchase: all options listed below are for the purchase of an e-bike, e-scooter, or pedal bike. By clicking on the "View & Order" link under each program, you will be taken to the vendor's site where you can complete the process. Follow the instructions there and complete your checkout
- Picking Up Your Vehicle: e-scooters can be shipped to South Bay HQ and picked up at Pedalhaus bike shop, Blue Line Bike Shop, or shipped directly to your door. All Trek Bikes and Giant Bikes must be ordered at and picked up from your onsite bike shops: the Pedalhaus and Blue Line. Gazelle and Urban Arrow bikes must be shipped to an authorized local dealer where the bike will be built and picked up by the customer. Pedalhaus and Blue Line Bike Shop are currently NOT a licensed dealer for Gazelle and Urban Arrow bikes and cannot support pickups.

SUBSCRIPTION PROGRAMS
How It Works
- Select A Program And Vehicle: choose the best vehicle and program from the options below. Click on "Program Details" to learn more about terms, discounts, and other information for each program.
- Completing The Subscription Process: by clicking on the "View & Order" link under each program, you will be taken to the vendor's site where you can complete the signup. Follow the instructions there and complete your checkout.
- Picking Up Your Vehicle: Unagi scooter subscriptions can be shipped to any location, including the Pedalhaus Bike Shop or Blue Line Bike Shop located at South Bay HQ, for your convenience. When checking out just list the address as 969 W Maude Sunnyvale CA 94085. The LinkedIn Bike Team will notify you when the scooter is ready for pickup. Friiway e-bike subscriptions can be picked up from any New Wheel bike shop. The New Wheel team will notify when your pick is ready for pickup. Rybit e-bike subscriptions are picked up at their store located at 363 Brannan St. in San Francisco.
